By accessing or using CardinalViews and any of its spoke applications (TaskMaster, ContactSphere, MoneyFlow, LinkMaster, InfoRock, and others), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
CardinalViews is a platform providing access to multiple productivity and business applications. Each linked application operates independently with its own authentication, accounts, and data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
CardinalViews and its linked applications are currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features over time. If pricing is introduced, it will be announced in advance on this page and in the app, and no charge will ever be applied without your explicit consent. Regardless of pricing changes, you will always be able to export and delete your data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your CardinalViews session applies only to CardinalViews — each linked application requires its own login. Do not share your login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses from compromised credentials.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, to upload malicious content, to attempt to access data belonging to other users, or to disrupt service operations. Each spoke application operates within its own database schema — attempting to access schemas outside your authorization is prohibited.
All content, branding, and software within CardinalViews and its spoke applications are the property of Swan Sprints. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without explicit written permission.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Application-specific data is stored in isolated database schemas per application. Every application — including CardinalViews itself — maintains its own independent account, session, and preferences; no authentication state or application data is shared between applications.
CardinalViews and its spoke applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Swan Sprints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss or service interruptions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use all hub and spoke applications ceases immediately.
